Refund Policy – Royal Care Travel

We aim to offer flexible and customer-friendly refund solutions. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Booking Cancellation by Customer

  • Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking (when the travel date is at least 72 hours away).
  • Partial refund (after deduction of processing and vendor charges) if cancelled 2–7 days before the travel date.
  • No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled travel.

2. Booking Cancellation by Royal Care Travel

In case of unavoidable cancellations (natural calamities, technical errors, etc.), you will receive:

  • A full refund, or
  • An option to reschedule or receive a credit voucher.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
